Gujranwala is the fourth-largest city in the province of Punjab, serving as the headquarters of its eponymous district and division. It is nicknamed the "City of Wrestlers" and is famous for its cuisine and historical significance. Located in the Rachna Doab, it is a major metropolitan hub of northeastern Punjab, and is the fifth-most populous city in Pakistan.
