Administrative region of the Philippines
The Bicol Region, designated as Region V, is an administrative region of the Philippines. It comprises six provinces, four on the Bicol Peninsula (the southeastern end of Luzon): Albay, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, and Sorsogon, and two off the shore: Catanduanes and Masbate, and one independent component city of Naga. The regional administrative center and the most populous city is Legazpi, while the region's commercial and educational center is the independent component city of Naga.
